Through collaboration with The Prosure Group and CSCJA staff, the <strong>committee<\/strong> has identified and implemented improvements to the program&#8217;s delivery, including website updates for clarity and user-friendliness, online access for members to manage their CSCJA Supplementary Health Care Insurance Plan with Sun Life, and the assignment of three dedicated Prosure staff members to provide enhanced support and service.
