President’s Award

Each year, the President of the Canadian Superior Courts Judges Association presents this award to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service, tireless effort, and unwavering dedication to the interests of CSCJA members.

Often working behind the scenes, recipients of the President’s Award have made a lasting impact on the Association and its community. This award offers a moment to recognize and celebrate their outstanding contributions.

2026 President’s Award Recipient: The Honourable Justice Mona Lynch

2025-2026 CSCJA President, Justice McMurtry presented the 2026 President’s Award to Justice Mona Lynch in recognition of her dedication to the Association and her leadership on initiatives such as the Afghan Women Judges Support Committee, where she helped bring Afghan women judges and their families to safety following the fall of Kabul in 2021.
