CSCJA members have access to professional travel coordination services with Corporate Traveller that reduce the administrative burden of booking, managing, and reconciling travel, whether travelling for work or planning time away.
- Members have access to a dedicated, bilingual travel manager who can assist with bookings and itinerary changes, and 24/7 support is available for urgent or after-hours travel needs.
- A personalized traveller profile allows travel policies, preferences, loyalty programs, and applicable government rates to be applied automatically. Members and arrangers can also view and download consolidated invoices, making expense claims and record-keeping more straightforward.
- For those who rely on administrative support, assistants or trip arrangers can be granted access to book travel on a member’s behalf. Guest or non-profiled travellers can be invited to book through a secure link, ensuring bookings remain aligned with travel policies.
Members who need to set up a travel profile can email info@cscja.ca. Those already registered can log in through the custom CSCJA Melon travel booking site. Booking assistance is also available directly from the dedicated CSCJA travel agent.
