At the AGM, the Judicial Conduct Review Committee reported that there have been three decisions from conduct review panels in 2025 to date, already matching the total number for all of 2024. These decisions, along with the annual report on conduct reviews, are available on the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) website.

Measures introduced by the CJC in September to reduce or better manage complaints alleging harassment appear to be producing positive results.

An interesting trend is the increased use of a private Section 102 remedy for conduct that, while not warranting removal, is sufficiently serious to require a formal response.
