Earlier this year, the CSCJA expanded its public education efforts by establishing a presence on social media. Through this work, we are helping Canadians better understand how the justice system functions and why judicial independence is essential to a healthy democracy.

Led by the Public Education and Access to Justice Committee, our social media channels share clear, accessible information drawn directly from CSCJA resources, including the Teaching Tools available on our website. The focus is on explaining the role of judges, the structure of the courts, and the principles that underpin an independent and impartial judiciary.

  • On LinkedIn, we engage with professionals, educators, and organizations involved in civic learning and legal education.
  • On Instagram, we reach younger audiences with concise, approachable content designed to support early understanding of the justice system.

Members are encouraged to follow the CSCJA on LinkedIn and Instagram, and to share our content with colleagues, students, and others in their communities who may benefit from greater insight into the role of the judiciary.
