Following an extensive review, the Board has revisited and updated the Association’s Strategic Priorities.
This review, conducted every three to four years, ensures that resources are directed toward the most pressing needs of members.
The updated priorities for 2025-2028, shared with members at the AGM, include:
- Advocate for compensation and benefits that are fair, promote judicial independence, and attract outstanding candidates to the judiciary (standing priority)
- Address working conditions and influence the government to provide adequate resources
- Support the physical and mental wellness of members
- Protect and enhance judicial independence and respect for the judiciary
