On March 4, 2025, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution establishing July 25 each year as the International Day of Judicial Well-Being.

The resolution was one of the outcomes of the Regional Judicial Conference on Integrity and Judicial Well-Being held in Nauru in 2024, in which the CMJA played a leading role. CSCJA member the Honourable Lynne Leitch of the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario was one of the CMJA’s representatives.
