This week the Federal Court will hear our application for judicial review in response to the government’s decision to reject the recommendations of the Quadrennial Commission.
Copies of the filings and all other documents to date can be found by logging in to our member portal (under File Library, category Quadcom).
The hearings will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Eastern and continue on Thursday, September 10.
Members can view the proceedings online via the court’s livestream.
There may be public interest and media coverage this week and following the hearings. It remains our priority to communicate in a responsible, consistent and factual manner that is consistent with the principles of judicial independence.
