The Judges Counselling Program (JCP) has transitioned to a new service provider. Effective June 1, 2026, Homewood Health is delivering confidential counselling and wellness services to judges and their families across Canada.

The JCP provides confidential support to federally and provincially appointed judges and their families, addressing emotional and psychological challenges that can arise from the demands of judicial work. Services are available at no cost to members and cover a wide range of needs, including mental health counselling, burnout and stress support, life coaching, legal and financial consultation, and elder and family care resources. Services are accessible in both official languages, by phone or online, 24 hours a day.

Members who had open files with TELUS Health on or before May 31, 2026, will continue to receive services through TELUS Health until their session commitment is fulfilled, after which they will be directed to Homewood Health.

To access JCP services through Homewood Health, visit jcp.ca or homeweb.ca, or call toll-free: 1-888-929-1229.

A representative from the JCP will be available at the Annual General Meeting on June 25 to provide an overview of the new service and answer questions.
